Himaya Glasses - Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Himaya, we strive to deliver premium-quality glasses inspired by the majestic Himalayas. If your order arrives faulty or not as described, we're here to help make it right.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • You can request a return or exchange within 24-48 hours of receiving your order, provided the item qualifies under the conditions below.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories, and in unused, undamaged condition.
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only for genuine issues such as a wrong item delivered, a manufacturing defect, or a product that does not match the description on our website.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference or expectations around weight, colour tone, or feel, as these can vary slightly from screen to product and do not indicate a fault.
  • Each order is eligible for one return or exchange only.

Pickup & Refunds

  • For eligible returns, we will arrange a pickup of the product from your location.
  • Once we receive the item at our warehouse and confirm it meets the return conditions, refunds will be processed within 7 working days:
    • For prepaid orders: refunded to your original payment method.
    • For COD orders: credited to your bank account.
  • If a returned item is found used, damaged, or missing its original packaging, we reserve the right to decline the refund or exchange.

Broken or Damaged Glasses?

  • If you receive broken or damaged glasses, notify us within 24 hours at himayaindia@gmail.com with clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Once verified, we will deliver a brand-new replacement at no extra cost. No return of the damaged item is required.
  • Claims raised after 24 hours, or without supporting photos, may not be accepted.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch or within 24 hours of placing the order, whichever comes first.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
